Day 36 Scary Area

Today let’s take a little look at the scary junk room / cupboard / drawer / or area

We all have one. Some of us have several.

I know you’ve been building muscle, changing habits and getting better and better at getting started, getting it done and you’re feeling clearer and freer..

It’s likely you’ve got an area (or more) that is scary, overwhelming and you don’t really want to go near. It’s ok, we can still take it slowly and start gently.

Take a big deep breath. Tell yourself it’s ok.

What would you prefer, the 5 min timer or the pick up 5 things approach?  We are not going to do the whole thing in a day (likely not anyway. If it feels like you can – go for it)

Remember our boxes – recycle, bin, charity, action, keep. We can start by taking one thing at a time, picking it up, taking a breath, maybe putting hand/s on our heart and deciding on it.

You can do it. Even if you’ve got a lot to do, take action to do something in the scary room (drawer, cupboard etc) 5 mins, 5 items or 1 item, or just walk in there.

Then celebrate. Let’s keep up the rest and gratitudes. And any of the heartbreathing and embodiment poses – Letting Go or Self Care perhaps? Something supportive <3
